WARNING: This is a permanent action
Be careful, removing your account data is permanent and cannot be undone. During this process, we'll remove all sensitive information from our servers including forms, submissions, account settings, and integration keys.

If you would like download any of your submissions data, please visit this link to do so before continuing forward.
How to delete your account
- Visit the account page
- Navigate to "Delete Account"
- Type "DELETE" in the confirmation input
- Click "Delete" to permanently remove all data from our servers.
